Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website.
By using this website you agree to these terms.
Information on this website
We work to keep trade fair dates, prices and details accurate, but they are set by the organisers and may change. Please confirm details with our team before making travel plans.
Bookings and enquiries
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and any required payment has been received.
Visas
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate. We provide event-related documents to support your application but cannot guarantee any visa outcome.
Trademarks
Trade fair names and logos belong to their respective organisers and are used to identify the events we represent.
